What does the system do?

Compliance Robot is an integrated platform that provides users with a structured approach to navigating the complex regulatory requirements of the new Standards for RTOs (2025).

The system has:

• Guided Workflows: The system offers step-by-step instructions to ensure that users understand each standard. It breaks down complex requirements into easy to understand steps, and guides users through each one with examples and explanations.
• Evidence Collection: Users are prompted to upload and manage evidence of compliance, such as documents, images, links, or other required materials. The system includes an in-depth mapping checklist to assist with gathering and compiling the necessary evidence against each standard.
• Automated Tracking: It tracks progress and scheduled reviews, sending reminders and notifications to ensure that all evidence is maintained and remains current.
• Collaboration: Invite other members of the team to contribute to different aspects of the standards or share the compiled evidence and rationale with consultants or auditors.
