Dashboard Overview

The Compliance Robot System Dashboard is the screen your system will open to when logging in. The Dashboard has 5 main aspects:

  1. Header Bar 
  2. Main Menu
  3. Outcome Standards
  4. Compliance Standards
  5. Support Button

Header Bar

The Compliance Robot System header bar contains, in order from left to right of screen:

  • Compliance Robot System Logo
  • Need Help? button
  • Notification alerts
  • Drop-down menu containing User Info and Logout option

These features are available to all System Users and remain consistent throughout the entire Compliance Robot System.

Main Menu

The Main Menu, or Navigation Menu, contains links to the sections within the Compliance Robot System.

  • Dashboard
  • File Management
  • Settings

The options displayed here will change depending on your System User Role. More information on the System User Roles can be found here: Manage Users & System User Roles

Outcome Standards

This section addresses the Outcome Standards component of the new Standards for RTOs (2025), covering the Quality Areas of Training and assessment (Quality Area 1), VET student support (Quality Area 2), VET workforce (Quality Area 3), and Governance (Quality Area 4).

The system will guide you through the process of providing evidence of compliance to each specific division, standard and indicators, and provide an opportunity to explain how that evidence meets the requirements.

Compliance Standards

This section addresses the Compliance Standards component of the new Standards for RTOs (2025), covering the areas of Information and transparency, Integrity of nationally recognised training products, and Accountability.

The system will guide you through the process of providing evidence of compliance to each specific requirement section, and provide an opportunity to explain how that evidence meets the requirements.

Support Button

Clicking on this button will bring up a small support window with two main sections:

  • Answers: this brings up a list of help articles that you can browse through, or search for a specific term to bring up relevant articles for the function you're trying to perform.
  • Ask: this brings up a shortcut to either send us an email, or start a live chat with someone from our team.

Clicking on the Support button will open and close the window.
