Accessing your Compliance Robot System

To access your Compliance Robot System you will need to be an active user. 

Note: If you aren't an active user please contact your System Administrator.

Login to your Compliance Robot System

1. Navigate to your Compliance Robot System login page. This is specific to your Compliance Robot System deployment and the link can be obtained from your System Administrator.
2. Enter your Email and Password.
3. Click the Sign In button.
4. Select how you would like to receive your Two-Factor Authentication (Mobile App Authenticator or Email). Click Continue.
5. Enter the verification code that was sent to your app or email. Click Continue.

Note: This verification code will only be valid for 15 minutes.

Resetting your Password

If you have forgotten your Compliance Robot System password you can reset it using your registered email address.

1. Click the Forgot Password? button.
2. Enter the email address that is registered in the Compliance Robot System and click Submit.
3. An email will be sent to you with a password reset link. This link will expire in 24 hours.
4. Click the link contained in the email, which will redirect you to the page to set a new password. Your new password must contain:
   • a minimum of 12 characters
   • a minimum of 1 uppercase letter
   • a minimum of 1 lowercase letter
   • a minimum of 1 number
   • a minimum of 1 symbol
5. Log in to your system following the steps found under "Login to your Compliance Robot System".

You cannot access the system without resetting your password at this stage.
