Notifications - Emails and Alerts

Email Notifications

The system can send email notifications in the following situations:

Notification Type	Users that receive notification
Storage space nearing Limit (90%)	Administrator level users
Storage Limit Reached	All system users
New Interpretation / Guidance Published	All system users
Files deleted from Library	Administrator level users
A Section was Updated	Administrator level users
A Section was Completed	Administrator level users
User Added to the System	All system users

To turn these notifications on or off, click on Settings in the Main Menu and then Notifications in the Settings Menu.

Note: this section is only available to Administrator level users.

To enable and disable any of these notifications, simply toggle them on

or off

and then click on Save.

Onscreen alerts will be provided in the following situations:

To view notifications, click the Bell icon in the Header Bar.
